It's hard to believe it but it's been 7 years since CrossFit Tyler first opened its doors. In this four-part special anniversary edition of AOM, we talk to Brad and Amy about their journey as athletes, coaches, business owners, and a family.
Today in part one, we look at how they got started in CrossFit. Our athlete for the month of April is 29 year old Tyler Adams, from Tyler. (How's that for a tongue twister?!) He started CrossFit in 2016 and, as a result, is running better than he ever has!
Our athlete for the month of March is 30 year old Jon "JC" Carleton, originally from New Orleans, LA. He started CrossFit in May last year and loves working out as part of a group!
Our athlete for the month of February is 37 year old Laura Adams, originally from Longview. After joining CrossFit in mid-2015, she's now in better shape than she's ever been!
Our athlete for the month of January is 32 year-old Richard B Tuell from Tyler. He joined CrossFit 12 months ago and keeps coming back - even when he doesn't want to!
