​Known to most as the guy with the biggest smile at the box, he's our Athlete of the Month for September!

Also one incredible CHEF,  29 year-old Oneway is originally from Bangkok, Thailand, and has lived in East Texas since he was 15.

Oneway started CrossFit a year ago, and this box is SO happy he did!
