What sort of changes in your life have you experienced from taking on CrossFit that were totally unexpected?
I have met some of my favorite people at CrossFit. It always makes the WOD more fun to have someone talk crap to you and cheer you on in the same breath.
There are days for everyone when you just don’t want to work out. How do you handle those?
I just go - getting there is the hardest part! But there are those occasional days I take a nap instead :).

This year was the first time I competed in Friday Night Lights all 5 weeks. It was way out of my comfort zone, but it was a lot of fun and so encouraging!
