What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)?
Most of the changes came with the nutrition challenge before that it was just me knowing that I was
getting stronger but I couldn’t see the changes till I changed my diet.

I never expected to enjoy it so much. I don’t find it to be a chore at all. I had expected it to be like

Any advice for people just getting started?
You will feel ignorant for a couple months. Don’t let it get you down. If your class time isn’t challenging you or opening up to you, change classes till your more comfortable. Team up with someone quick it helps keep you going. The more people that depend on you to be there, the more often you will go.
