Nothing, because I just knew I would not stick to it!

I lost 9 lbs, 3% body fat with no muscle loss.
What did you find most difficult in the challenge?
Eating on a schedule.
What did you find the most rewarding/surprising about the challenge?
Regaining control of my appetite.
Everybody wants to know … Did you go hardcore for all 30 days … or did you take a couple days off?
I never took any days off, but I did have 3 days of sickness where I did not eat properly or enough.
If/when you did go off the challenge, what did you splurge on?
El Charro, of course!
During the challenge, what go-to recipe/meal/food did you rely on the most?
Jerky and apples.
What lessons did you learn from the challenge that you will carry over to your everyday life?
There is quite a variety of healthy, great tasting alternatives to our everyday diet.
If you could give one piece of advice to someone considering a major change to their eating habits, what would it be?
Believe you can do it!
