I look at food and how I eat it in a completely different way. Eating will always be a struggle but it makes it a little easier to make the right choices because I know if I don’t it’ll show in my workout. I’ve also learned to not rely completely on a scale - pictures show so much more. What sort of changes in your life have you experienced from taking on CrossFit that were totally unexpected? It’s a stress reliever. I can honestly say that there is a noticeable difference in my attitude/demeanor when I have to miss CrossFit for a few days. There are days for everyone when you just don’t want to work out. How do you handle those? I just go! That’s my hour every day that I get to “myself.” I know if I don’t show up that I’ll be kicking myself for it.
