"Working out with Jeff Tjoelker, whether it's the same class time or not, provides extra motivation and support while trying to achieve better nutrition and doing our best in the gym. "Having a partner to share this lifestyle with makes all the difference in the world. We get to dream with each other when we create goals, we get to celebrate with each other when we accomplish those goals, we get to encourage each other when we feel like giving up, and we get to hold each other accountable when we feel like skipping or not giving 110%. CrossFit has become "our thing" and we love having a similar interest that we are both passionate about. I especially love the WODs where we can actually workout together.
