What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)?
I am Stronger and Healthier, have more Confidence. I watch what I eat.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected?
I have formed a lot of friendships at CFT and love the family atmosphere.

Any advice for people just getting started? You can do it if you set your mind to it. We all had that first day and remember what is was like.
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit?
Traveling, Spending time with family.
