Favorite WOD:  Strength Days

Least Favorite WOD:  Anything with Burpees

Tell us about you sports & fitness background:  
I played football in high school and a year in college

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit?  
A friend from my mother’s work

Take us back to your first WOD... what was it, and how did it feel?  
I don’t remember the WOD itself, but I remember that it wasn’t the most fun I’ve ever had working out. 

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF (before/after)? On top of a 68 pound weightloss, I’ve noticed I have been able to run for longer distances- faster and easier- and I’ve just felt better overall. 

What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected?  I did not expect the weight loss to be this dramatic, and I didn’t excpect CrossFit to have such an impact on my overall well-being.

Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFT moments.  Any time that I show up with the 8:30 or Noon class has always been a blast. It’s been fun just to have such great people to work out with. 

Any advice for people just getting started?  Don’t stop. It is in no way fun at first but the end results are astounding.

What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? I read a lot.
