Weightlifting Camp for TEENS
This 5 week Weightlifting program is the perfect introduction to the Olympic Lifts. Boys and girls 13-17 are invited to learn the progressions of weightlifting under the supervision of CrossFit Level 1 and USAW-certified coaches.
