Amy and I started doing this WOD on our anniversary 7 years ago as a 13 minute AMRAP with 13 reps. Each year we add a minute and a rep. Ps. Our anniversary was really the 26th but we wanted to do this one with you!

20 med ball over the shoulder/ plank hold
Run 400 m
40 Kettlebell swings/med ball holds on rig
30 med ball over the shoulder/ plank hold
Run 400 m
30 Kettlebell swings/med ball holds on rig
40 med ball over the shoulder/ plank hold
Run 400 m
20 Kettlebell swings/med ball holds on rig
50 med ball over the shoulder/ plank hold

RX weight for kettlebells : 53/35lbs
RX weight for med balls 20/14lbs

Athletes run 400m together. Kettlebell swings and med ball over the shoulders can be divided however the team decides but athletes must switch if the partner on the rig or in the plank comes down.
