In Gymnastics, Virtuosity has an engaging definition:
"Performing the common - uncommonly well."
As CrossFitters, that is ultimately what we do. We ARE virtuosos just by showing up. We endeavor to perform the most common movements available to the human body ... and perform them uncommonly well.
Simple enough, right? Sure. Until something goes wrong.
Maybe it's an injury. Perhaps it's depression. Or a divorce. For me, it was colon bysection surgery.
And I found myself back at the starting line. Asking, "What do you do when all your good habits are gone?"
