Why I CrossFit....
I started CFT because my cousins loved CF (Rowlett) and paid for me to try it during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. I never dreamed CFT would completely transform my life in so many ways beyond fitness! I continue to CF to boost my endorphins, feel and become stronger, workout frustrations, be as healthy as I can be, and hangout with my best friends and cheerleaders in life both in and out of the box.  Charity Rice Stocking

Five years ago when we were very new to CrossFit we programmed a 13 Minute AMRAP of the same movements to celebrate our 13th anniversary.  Yesterday we celebrated our 18th year of marriage hence the 18 minute AMRAP....   Looking forward to tackling a 30 year version.
