Kettle Bell Swings 53/35#
This workout will be completed in teams of two. Each athlete must complete all of the reps in each set before proceeding to the next movement. While athlete 1 completes the Kettle Bell swings athlete 2 will hold a hand stand against the wall. When performing the sit-ups athlete 2 must hold a plank. When performing the pull-ups athlete 2 must hang on the pull-up bar. If athlete 2 breaks at any point athlete 1 must stop performing reps until athlete 2 returns to hold.
