I started CFT because my cousins loved CF (Rowlett) and paid for me to try it during one of the most challenging seasons of my life. I never dreamed CFT would completely transform my life in so many ways beyond fitness! I continue to CF to boost my endorphins, feel and become stronger, workout frustrations, be as healthy as I can be, and hangout with my best friends and cheerleaders in life both in and out of the box.
