100 Kettle Bell Swings 53/35lbs
100 Lunges (alternating stationary)
Only one athlete can work at a time. Partition the reps between athletes any way you choose. You must complete each movement entirely before moving to the next. The athlete that is not working will hold a 45/35lb plate overhead during the kettle bell swings. When changing to lunges the non working athlete will hold the bottom of a squat. On the last movement, push-ups, the non working athlete will hold a plank. Any time the non working athlete breaks the working athlete must break at the same time.
