In teams of two complete the sets above and partition accordingly. Only one athlete can be working at a time. During the kettle bell swings the other athlete must hold a handstand. During the goblet squats the other athlete must hold a plank. During the sumo dead lift high pull the other athlete must hang from the pull-up bar. If there is a break in the static hold the rep count stops.
